2. East Africa Tourist Visa (EATV)
Purpose: For travelers intending to visit Rwanda, Kenya, and Uganda simultaneously for tourism.
Validity: Valid for 90 days and allows multiple entries within the three countries.
Application: Can be applied for online at Irembo, upon arrival, or from Rwandan diplomatic missions abroad. Rwanda Migration
3. Business Visa
Purpose: For travelers engaging in business activities, attending conferences, or meetings.
Validity: Typically granted for the duration of the business activity, up to 30 days.

4. Transit Visa
Purpose: For travelers passing through Rwanda en route to another destination.

Purpose: For citizens of East African Community Partner States.

Purpose: For nationals of countries with which Rwanda has special visa arrangements.

Citizens of the following countries can enter Rwanda without a visa for up to 30 days:

Create an Account: Register with a valid email address.
Select the Visa Type: Choose the appropriate visa category based on your travel purpose.
Complete the Application Form: Provide accurate personal and travel information.
Upload Required Documents: This may include a recent passport-sized photograph, a copy of your passport bio-data page, and other supporting documents relevant to your visa type.
Pay the Visa Fee: Fees vary depending on the visa type and duration of stay; payment is made online.
Submit the Application: After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Await Processing: Processing times can vary; it’s advisable to apply well in advance of your travel dates.
Receive eVisa Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive the eVisa via email. Print a copy to present upon arrival in Rwanda.
Important Notes:
Passport Validity: Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay.
Supporting Documents: Carry all necessary documents, including proof of accommodation, return tickets, and sufficient funds.
